SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Please note items are shipped Monday - Friday ** Excludes Bank Holidays *

Who will ship my items?

We use Royal Mail, DPD and Evri mainly but may use other carriers from time to time, as required. Options to select a shipping method is available at the checkout.

How long will I wait to receive my items?

We work hard to despatch most orders within 24 - 48 hours. Most orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched that same working day.

UK  - Delivery will normally take 1-3 working days from dispatch, depending on the service selected at the checkout.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 -  1 - 2 business days from despatch, please note this is not a guaranteed service.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - 2 - 3 business days from despatch, please note this is not a guaranteed service.

Europe  -  Delivery will normally take 2-6 working days from dispatch, although we do offer an express air service that can be selected at the checkout.

Rest of World -  Delivery will normally take 1-3 working days from dispatch

You will be notified who your parcel has been sent with via email or the details you provided at the checkout such as SMS message.

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation or unforeseen issues.

Customs delays - Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders. 

Overseas Customers, Taxes and Duties 

Please note that customers outside of the UK will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

We charge you for your order in Pounds Sterling. The actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by your credit or debit card company. 

EU Customers, Taxes and Duties 

Please note that customers shopping from the EU, following the UK's exit from the European Union, will now be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.

What to do when a parcel has not arrived?

Please contact us by email: hello@pippeta.co.uk if you have not received the package within 7 working days from the date when you received a dispatch notice.

Other Import Information

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Should the parcel be returned to us due to incomplete address, it will be down to the customer to pay for re-postage. 

If sadly for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order because products are out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible by email and/or phone call.
